Have purchased a 12 subscription, but apparently the company is no longer trading after checking the website to log into my account, no email received and the contact email doesn't provide a response. This company hasn't filled for liquidation or officially ceased trading so my bank is refusing to do a charge back because they're still active.

I'm so happy to have discovered this company. It's amazing to be able to make something nice and healthy with my daughter. They send you all the dry ingredients with some amazing extras, me and my daughter loved getting this and the treats and delicious and easy to make. Finally I can treat my daughter in a healthy way.

Excellent product with attention to detail to the final packing. Would highly recommend if buying as a gift. Also impressed with excellent customer service when I queried delivery date

My daughter has really enjoyed getting these boxes in the post, which have so far been really well presented, with a good tie in with current events e.g. Jubilee celebrations, and with a healthy set of ingredients. Some have been delayed in the post, but that's not the company's fault and is always going to be an issue with any postal activity.

My older son has a magazine subscription and I’ve been looking for something for my younger son which was more hands on.
We found little cooks and I ordered the baking subscription for him.
He loves it so much we’ve changed it to include both sweet and savoury now.
He can take the box to do with grandparents which they also love and he is so proud of his creations.
It encourages him to read the recipe while he cooks and is such a lovely one to one thing to do together.

The service was Excellent and the products very much enjoyed by the children who received them, it also enabled the family to spend time together creating cakes and food that they could enjoy eating together ?

I purchased 2 x gifts for my daughters 6 year old friends and they absolutely loved them!! Sadly I clicked on the wrong option and accidentally signed up for longer! As soon as I told little cooks - they immediately understood and cancelled further subscription. Not every company would do this and I was so grateful to Stephanie for her prompt response in sorting it out for me. Great customer service is hard to come by.

Sent a 3 month kit to my best friend’s daughter (aged 7) for her birthday. Her and her 4 year old brother absolutely loved it! Then had to deal with customer services for a mistake on my part, and they sorted it within a few hours and were amazing. Highly recommend!

I contacted Little Cooks via email after receiving an email saying that I had ordered something at zero cost, which was a little confusing. The response was impressive, very quick, at a weekend and out of normal hours. Tracey was very helpful, explained the situation carefully and resolved any remaining requirements I had. I have valued the Customer Service at Little Cooks over the last 12 months and my granddaughter has very much enjoyed the kits.

My son has absolutely loved receiving these recipe boxes so much so that he has asked for another year of them for his birthday. He is old enough to do them on his own but he and I have really enjoyed doing them together and we LOVE tasting them! Delicious, healthy and a real treat. I cant recommend them highly enough. The chocolate cake in the last box was the best cake we've ever had! The strawberry cheescake the month before was also delicious - in fact all the recepies are fab. Thank you so much for providing such a brilliant product and service.

We bought a subscription for Christmas for 2 grandchildren (6 and 8). I did the first one with them (Christmas cake) and our son has done the rest. These boxes are great with easy to follow recipes and excellent results. Children are much more likely to eat something they have made and try new flavours and tastes. They enjoyed their 3 months so much we have just extended the subscription for another 3. Little Cooks as a company are very quick to respond and very helpful.Highly recommended all round.

Gave a 3 months subscription to our Granddaughter. She thoroughly enjoyed the recipes etc so much so that we extended the subscription for a further 3 months.
There was however an overlap which meant the same recipe was sent. The customer service was brilliant and sorted this instantly.

We love the Little Cooks Kits and look forward to our box arriving every month. My daughter was gifted a Christmas baking kit. She loved it so much we subscribed to a 3 month cooking kit, which we've now extended to a duo baking and cooking kit! The boxes encourage my daughter to be more adventurous in her cooking and eating. The ingredients are healthy and leaflets included are fun and informative.

Absolutely brilliant. We have enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish and we are looking forward to possibly trying the new savoury box ideas. Love all the extras we receive. We also find the extra information really informative. The Customer Service is 5 star! Thank you. We have loved it!

There's always a little surprise like seeds or a pencil too!
I'm very impressed with the recipes. They are very inventive and different and we get to use ingredients I wouldn't even know where to find in the shops! Also, after several months of different boxes..it doesn't get boring or same'ish at all and that's just great! Thank you!
